Embed retailer requirements (pack size, margin expectations, reset timing) into NPD discussions.
Support Retail Execution scorecard and track early launch performance to identify market issues and best practices.

Sales Enablement
Prepare brand‑aligned selling narratives, category insights, and recommendations for customer line reviews.
Participate in internal prep meetings and occasionally attend retailer line reviews with Sales.
Support development of Joint Business Plans by providing brand strategy, category framing, and commercial guidance.
Promotional Planning
Communicate and upkeep brand promotional calendars and activation expectations to customer teams.
Track major retailer-specific events (e.g., Prime Day, Ulta tentpoles) and share implications for planning.
Analyze promotional performance and integrate learnings into selling decks and future guidance.
Annual Business Planning
Provide customer and shopper insights to influence upstream brand planning.
Translate brand strategies into clear commercial priorities for Sales.
Share visibility to retailer milestones (line reviews, resets, price changes) that affect brand planning.
Sales Ops Support
Audit and collaborate across sales ops and sales leads to drive enforcement of universal pricing policy, including recommendations on stop ships, process improvements and overall workflows with vendor support.
Partner closely with sales ops to help support allocation scenarios to help guide recommended channel and customer quantities.
Coordinate input from key teams and support alignment on allocation decisions.
