Our CEO Awards recognizes and celebrates individual and team excellence in driving busines success and living our Culture Values. Associates nominate their colleagues for award recognition and individual and team winners are determined by a Selection Panel comprised of senior leaders from across the organization. Each year’s winners come together in El Paso for a week of events, culminating with the company-wide awards ceremony.

As part of our Wellness Program, we’ve partnered with Virgin Pulse to encourage all our associates get started on a healthier lifestyle thanks to a system of points redeemable for cash. Program participants get access to free tools of high value like a personalized health summary, a one-on-one health coach, access to health educational sessions, fitness tracking, and more.
Helen of Troy Academy
Helen of Troy Academy provides our associates learning opportunities through in-person workshops, eLearning courses, and virtual micro-learning classes. The Academy allows people to build their skillset while interacting with facilitators and peers outside of their own department or location, creating more trust and engagement.

Giving Together
We take great pride in investing in the communities where our associates live and work. Through our charitable leave policy, people can take up to 16 hours of paid leave per year to volunteer with organizations of their choice. Our Giving Together online platform allows associates to make charitable donations, which are matched by Helen of Troy.
