BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The purpose of this position is to manage packaging projects.  Coordinate with all related parties to make sure packaging process meets HOT process, quality requirement and schedule. 

Core Accountabilities:

• Manage packaging development and projects schedule.  From concept, artwork release to mass production. 

• Manage information flow relating packaging smoothly and correctly and on timely manner among all relative parties.

• Manage packaging sample approval for all kinds, including pre-production sample and mass production samples approval.

• Ensure suppliers meet our packaging requirements and quality standard and timeline.  Including mock-up/white box sample, press proof, pre-production sample and printed packaging

• To be familiar with HOT project work process and execute project with guideline.

Education, Qualifications, and training

·         Technical school graduate / bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Printing, graphic design or related discipline

·         Good knowledge of packaging, printing (pre-press, printing & post-press)

Experience or skills required

• Min 5 years relevant working experience in Packaging or Printing industry.

• Solid experience at artwork trouble shooting and quality control is an advantage.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office software

• With knowledge of design Software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage.

• Good in written English and can communicate in spoken English.  Good command in Chinese / Mandarin is preferred.

·       Effective communication with oversea party and factory.

·       Detail orientation, responsible, proactive attitude and be organized
