What you will be doing:
We’re excited to announce a new opportunity within our SOTL team as the first in-market hire for the global E4G focus in the Nordics region. This role will oversee a diverse portfolio across agent-managed markets (Norway, Sweden), direct markets (Denmark), and distributor-led territories (Iceland and the Baltics).
You’ll inherit a strong foundation of customers and partners who have shown consistent long-term growth, previously managed from the UK. With a local presence, your mission will be to accelerate performance by identifying and executing small to medium-sized opportunities that have previously been out of reach due to resource constraints.
This role is central to evolving our go-to-market strategies across varied business models and market tiers. Your primary objective will be to expand brand presence in key retailers and drive incremental sales across all SOTL channels, with a focus on Osprey and Hydro Flask. As HELE continues to review and expand its brand portfolio, your remit may evolve to include additional brands within this vertical.
