BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position is responsible for processing and recording financial accounting transactions and preparing accounting documentation, support on miscellaneous department affairs and ad hoc.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supplier Invoice input, checking, AP matching, and reports reconciliation
• Support on document filing and scanning
• Document delivery to bank / tax department / government bureau / law firm
• Issue debit / credit note
• Set up online payments and Issue & distribute checks to suppliers
• Prepare journal voucher
• Ad hoc analysis, reconciliation etc. as directed by manager

• Finance team and Management
• Cross functional teams such as Logistics and Order Management, and regional marketing Finance
• Bank/Tax/Government bureau/Law Firm

Education, Qualification and training

• Bachelor degree
• Major in Accounting or relevant subjects

Experience or skills required

• 1 years relevant working experience in accounting /finance preferred, fresh graduate acceptable
• Proficient in Excel, familiar with Word
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Specialised knowledge or skills required

• Familiar with Oracle preferred
• LCCI or other financial certificates preferred
