Position: Director, Sales 

Department: Sales for OXO and Beauty 

Work Location: 100% Remote, Eligible candidates will reside within Bentonville, AR  

What you will be doing: 

The Director of Sales will own the customer(s) relationships. This person will collaborate and implement Sales Strategy, Strategic Planning, P&L Planning & Meeting Specific Sales & contribution goals. 

  • Understand customer specific expectations, organization, processes, timelines, tools with a preferred skill in Retail Link DSS and Scintilla data to manage the account portfolio with your Walmart Merchant partner. 

  • Experience in using Nielsen and IRI systems to assess both our market share and Walmart’s. 

  • Understand financial analysis to drive profitable growth by diving into the details and understanding what drives contribution margin dollars and %. 

  • Strategic Customer Level P&L Ownership.  Align P&L requirements with business units, while understanding Customer's P&L, Sales/POS/Profitability Goals and cost to service. Own Customer(s) financial parameters for idea generation proposals to the business units. 

  • Set measurable goals and objectives to measure and track customer specific strategies. 

  • Employ IRISE & Power of One and Inclusion to manage your team for success. Encourage cross-functional collaboration with Business Unit teammates. 

  • Owns customer specific strategies & JBP which align with the BU. Will question or challenge conventional thinking. Can pivot quickly if the action is not providing the intended results.   

  • Set measurable goals and objectives to measure and track customer-specific strategies defined by the SVP or VP Sales. Be relentless in pursuing success. Encourage healthy competition among your team members. Systematically identify and remove Customer(s) specific obstacles to success.  

  • Build strong customer relationships will embody developing Customer Specific JPB, Understanding customer's Go-to-Market strategy, programs and their organization (in stock manager, warehousing).  Within Helen of Troy, develop cross-functional relationships with finance, brand, marketing, and supply chain. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • 5+ years in sales management experience 

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis 

The standard base pay range for this role is $140.504 - $210,756 annually. This base pay range is specific to Bentonville, AR and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
