Maintenance Tech III
Arlington, USEnsures safe maintenance, repairs, and replacement of plant equipment and systems. Ensures maximum productivity and quality in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations.
- Maintains and repairs all equipment, buildings, and facilities. Troubleshoots all machinery and conveyor systems. Uses Pick2Light systems, which analyzes computer system errors enabling maintenance to make repairs, reset faults, etc.
- Establishes and coordinates priority work projects and repairs. Provides directions, assigns tasks and minor work of other personnel, and reports to the supervisor.
- Prepares reports, monitors maintenance schedules, and monitors employee time records. Reviews Preventative Maintenance (PM) work orders and logs them into Benchmark. Maintains parts inventory
- Prepares schedules, oversees work activities, and performs actual work similar to other employees
- Trouble shooting and Diagnostics on MHE systems.
- Prepares schedules, oversees work activities, and performs actual work like other employees, however, does not conduct performance appraisals, counsel employees, or have the authority to hire, fire, set pay rates, etc.
- Continued Autostore PM training (hands on).
- Proficient in WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor PM and MHE systems.
- Advance diagnostics and repair of all MHE systems.
- Proficient in electrical and mechanical drawings (Autostore PM proficient) + PLC mapping and adjustments.
- Auto store robotics repair / PM
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills needed to be successful in this role:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Intermediate management skills.
- Intermediate organizational skills. Good presentation skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application skills.
- Proficient in WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor PM and MHE Systems
- PLC Experience Preferred
