About the role
The Digital Marketing Specialist, manages paid media campaigns across EMEA for our Sport & Outdoor, Homeware, Beauty, and Wellness brands (including Retail). They will partner with agencies & internal teams to deliver the most efficient digital media plans across every stage of the funnel according to each brand business objectives (at Brand,.com, & Retailer level).
What you’ll do in the role
Brand/Retail.com
- Providing media expertise, sharing media knowledge, and continuous feedback
- Coordinate multichannel digital media strategies based on business objectives, budget & KPIs
- Support brand teams with yearly planning of their media budget by recommending where/how to invest
- Briefing and collaborating with media agencies, key retailers to plan/review all media plans along the consumer journey
- Setting goals, and driving optimization strategies while collecting learnings that can be leveraged (competitor brands)
- Working closely with digital and tech vendors to understand their roadmaps and flag opportunities
- Explore/test emerging platforms to foster innovation
- Manage review generation & syndication to ensure best consumer experience and improved conversion at Brand/Retailer.com
- Partnering with brand team, to collect high quality digital assets according to each platform’s native specs
- Partnering across teams to implement standardized ways of working that enable scalability
- Developing and executing comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience
- Identify and recommend suitable digital advertising channels (e.g., paid search, display, social media, video) based on campaign goals
Campaign Management:
- Managing external agencies to plan, set up, and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, ensuring proper targeting, messaging, and creative execution
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing to optimize maximum efficiency and results
- Analyze campaign data to assess performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Adjust targeting, ad creative, bidding strategies, and budgets based on data-driven insights to improve ROI
Ratings and Reviews:
- Monitor and manage customer ratings, reviews, and user-generated content on online platforms
- Engaging with customers to address concerns, provide solutions, and nurture positive interactions
- Creating and maintaining a ratings and reviews audit for all brands
- Working with and reviewing partners and agencies to foster reviews for the full EMEA portfolio
- Taking care of shipping and project management as well as reviewing campaigns
KPIs & Reporting:
- Collaborate and share frequent KPI reports for internal & external clients focusing on media performance/ratings and reviews
What will help you do the job well
🗝 Essential:
- Min 2+ years of Digital marketing and paid media solutions experience (Programmatic, PPC, Native & others)
- Up-to-date knowledge of best practices, strategies, and offerings within the paid media space
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM and other types of tracking/analytics
- Good project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, manage time and prioritize tasks
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with good writing skills. French and any other European language would be an asset.
- Strong MS office knowledge & comfortable with collaboration tools (Teams, Slack etc.)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
