Position: Intern Amazon Sales Support (6 months)
Department: E- Commerce
Work Location: Bussingy Hybrid (work 3 days onsite)
Work Type: Temporary- 6 months contract, Full time (42 hours per week)
What you will be doing:
Helen of Troy is seeking a AMAZON SALES SUPPORT Intern to support our EMEA Online Sales team across our portfolio of leading brands in Home & Outdoor. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support the Account Manager optimized sales and activation on Amazon across 10 marketplaces.
Amazon is the world biggest online window shopping. This role holds a pivotal position with a direct influence on sales growth and the brand's visibility on Amazon. Additionally, the Amazon Sales Support is in charge of supporting critical aspects such as Amazon case logs, and on notifications, and automated email requests that can instantly impact results and performance.
You are looking for a first professional experience in line you’re your studies (Marketing, Management, Communications or equivalent) and need a practical experience. You are flexible, able to prioritize, proactive and can work with a good level of autonomy. With hands-on and solution-driven attitude, you possess good communication skills making you a strong team player.
Responsibilities:
Implementation
- Taking charge of catalogue maintenance & supervision, liaising with the content team to ensure timely and accurate uploads of NPD.
- Managing Amazon case logs, notifications, and automatic email requests, streamlining operational workflows with the right internal stakeholders
- Reviewing Amazon business metrics, including: PCOGS, net receipt, LBB, and VLLT. Data that will be used by the Account Manager to provide strategic guidance for the team
- Developing and leveraging analytics tools to gather and dissect KPIs.
- Becoming the support of enhancements in traffic, dealing with operations and conversion rates.
- Measuring the success of innovative test-and-learn deals and initiatives to elevate commercial performance, monitoring market-wide price enforcement for both 1P and 3P
Owning insightful analysis to drive Strategic Decisions and present to Leadership team
- Ensuring Product Detail Pages adhere to cutting-edge industry UX standards together with COE.
- Following the execution of the best utilization of digital sales tools to drive sales enhancements. (deal visibility, BTR, SiteMerch.)
Reporting and KPIs
- Assisting with tracking and compiling performance data on digital content (e.g., visibility, engagement, conversions).
- Supporting the preparation of internal reports by gathering metrics and formatting presentations for review.
- Conducting periodic competitor analyses and generates comprehensive reports for strategic decision-making
🗝Skills needed to be successful in this role: Essential:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree with an understanding of Marketing
- Adept at utilizing IT tools, MS Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing Degree or similar online marketing sales experience
